There were 706 short-selling stocks. CSOP HS TECH (03033) and HSCEI ETF (02828) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$3.58 billion and HK$2 billion, or 13.2% and 7.37% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 48.95% and 30.66% of respective stock's turnover.
BABA-W (09988) and POP MART (09992) registered HK$1.01 billion and HK$971.44 million of short sales, accounting for 3.73% and 3.58% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 14.69% and 15.57% of respective stock's turnover.
