There were 691 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and MEITUAN-W (03690) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$1.88 billion and HK$1.78 billion, or 5.82% and 5.49% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 15.32% and 20.25% of respective stock's turnover.
PING AN (02318) and BYD COMPANY (01211) registered HK$1.56 billion and HK$1.4 billion of short sales, accounting for 4.82% and 4.32% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 23.19% and 43.72% of respective stock's turnover.
