There were 710 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and HSCEI ETF (02828) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$4.11 billion and HK$3.51 billion, or 11.83% and 10.11% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 29.38% and 25.72% of respective stock's turnover.
CSOP HS TECH (03033) and BYD COMPANY (01211) registered HK$1.67 billion and HK$1.24 billion of short sales, accounting for 4.82% and 3.56% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 29.87% and 37.15% of respective stock's turnover.
