There were 763 short-selling stocks. CSOP HS TECH (03033) and TENCENT (00700) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$6.36 billion and HK$1.9 billion, or 14.69% and 4.39% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 47.84% and 20.07% of respective stock's turnover.
BABA-W (09988) and TRACKER FUND (02800) registered HK$1.76 billion and HK$1.68 billion of short sales, accounting for 4.06% and 3.88% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 12.24% and 14.04% of respective stock's turnover.
