There were 752 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and TENCENT (00700) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$2.08 billion and HK$1.77 billion, or 6.68% and 5.7% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 23.52% and 18.9% of respective stock's turnover.
BABA-W (09988) and POP MART (09992) registered HK$1.68 billion and HK$869.24 million of short sales, accounting for 5.38% and 2.79% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 17.9% and 15.69% of respective stock's turnover.
