There were 795 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and BABA-W (09988) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$6.58 billion and HK$2.65 billion, or 17.94% and 7.23% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 46.07% and 16.88% of respective stock's turnover.
CSOP HS TECH (03033) and HSCEI ETF (02828) registered HK$2.16 billion and HK$1.75 billion of short sales, accounting for 5.89% and 4.76% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 32.03% and 40.89% of respective stock's turnover.
