There were 752 short-selling stocks. BABA-W (09988) and CSOP HS TECH (03033) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$1.18 billion and HK$981.84 million, or 8.26% and 6.88% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 16.78% and 35.89% of respective stock's turnover.
HSCEI ETF (02828) and POP MART (09992) registered HK$893.72 million and HK$890.69 million of short sales, accounting for 6.26% and 6.24% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 29.6% and 23.64% of respective stock's turnover.
