There were 784 short-selling stocks. HSCEI ETF (02828) and TRACKER FUND (02800) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$3.04 billion and HK$2.35 billion, or 8.59% and 6.63% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 43.06% and 18.43% of respective stock's turnover.
CSOP HS TECH (03033) and BABA-W (09988) registered HK$1.76 billion and HK$1.17 billion of short sales, accounting for 4.99% and 3.32% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 32.05% and 11.93% of respective stock's turnover.
