There were 836 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and CSOP HS TECH (03033) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$10.74 billion and HK$2.41 billion, or 19.83% and 4.45% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 43.58% and 30.52% of respective stock's turnover.
BYD COMPANY (01211) and XL2CSOPHSTECH (07226) registered HK$1.9 billion and HK$1.83 billion of short sales, accounting for 3.5% and 3.38% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 32% and 73.09% of respective stock's turnover.
