There were 817 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and CSOP HS TECH (03033) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$4.52 billion and HK$2.86 billion, or 14.32% and 9.06% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 46.89% and 27.1% of respective stock's turnover.
HSCEI ETF (02828) and TENCENT (00700) registered HK$2.75 billion and HK$992.03 million of short sales, accounting for 8.72% and 3.14% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 40.04% and 13.83% of respective stock's turnover.
