There were 800 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and TENCENT (00700) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$3.87 billion and HK$2.4 billion, or 13.7% and 8.5% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 23.67% and 15.71% of respective stock's turnover.
CSOP HS TECH (03033) and BABA-W (09988) registered HK$2.11 billion and HK$1.26 billion of short sales, accounting for 7.46% and 4.46% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 35.4% and 19.85% of respective stock's turnover.
