There were 794 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and CSOP HS TECH (03033) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$5.55 billion and HK$3.41 billion, or 20.5% and 12.61% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 48.53% and 49.53% of respective stock's turnover.
HSCEI ETF (02828) and TENCENT (00700) registered HK$1.87 billion and HK$1.31 billion of short sales, accounting for 6.92% and 4.83% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 32.21% and 17.14% of respective stock's turnover.
