There were 801 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and XIAOMI-W (01810) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$1.01 billion and HK$881.45 million, or 4.99% and 4.37% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 12.55% and 33.39% of respective stock's turnover.
XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) and TENCENT (00700) registered HK$841.22 million and HK$759.05 million of short sales, accounting for 4.17% and 3.76% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 45.35% and 16% of respective stock's turnover.
