There were 821 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and CSOP HS TECH (03033) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$6.37 billion and HK$5.27 billion, or 12.97% and 10.74% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 43.6% and 59.42% of respective stock's turnover.
HSCEI ETF (02828) and BABA-W (09988) registered HK$4.98 billion and HK$1.72 billion of short sales, accounting for 10.13% and 3.5% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 41.27% and 15.12% of respective stock's turnover.
