[ET Net News Agency, 2 November 2026] The Hang Seng Index opened 7 points higher today at 23,301. It reached a high of 23,543, up 248 points, and a low of 23,271, down 23 points. The Hang Seng Index closed up 98 points, or 0.4%, at 23,393.
Southbound funds recorded a net outflow of HK$4.47b for the full day, increased by 25.5%. The top stocks by net Southbound buying were CNOOC (00883), Z.AI (02513) and SMIC (00981) in that order. The top stocks by net selling were XIAOMI-W (01810), HSBC HOLDINGS (00005) and YOFC (06869) in that order.
