AVIC Int'l (00161) may spin off PCB business in PRC

[ET Net News Agency, 13 April 2015] AVIC International (00161) said it is considering
the feasibility of a proposed spin-off and separate listing of its subsidiary Shennan
Circuits Co., Ltd. by way of A shares listing on a stock exchange in the People's Republic
of China.
The company submitted a proposal on the proposed spin-off to The Stock Exchange of Hong
Kong Limited. No final decision has been made by the Board as to whether and when the
proposed spin-off will proceed.
If the proposed spin-off is proceeded with, AVIC's interest in Shennan Circuits will be
reduced, but AVIC will continue to be a controlling shareholder.
