Chinney Alli (385) gets nod for foundation business spin-off

[ET Net News Agency, 30 June 2015] Chinney Alliance (00385) said the Stock Exchange has
approved the company to proceed with the proposed spin-off and separate listing of the
Foundation Business of the Group on the Main Board.
Preparation for the proposed spin-off is underway, and listing application has yet to be
submitted to the Stock Exchange for the separate listing of the Foundation Business. (HL)
