Modern Media may apply for second review on spin-off ruling

[ET Net News Agency, 30 September 2015] Modern Media (00072) said it was recently
notified by the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange that the Listing Department's
decision that the proposed spin-off of the digital and television businesses did not meet
two of the requirements laid down in the Listing Rules was upheld.
The company disagrees with the Listing Committee's ruling and may consider applying for
a second review of the ruling by the Listing (Review) Committee pursuant to the Listing
Rules. (HL)
