[ET Net News Agency, 25 November 2015] FSE Engineering Holdings (00331), a one-stop E&M
engineering service provider in Hong Kong, today announced the details of its proposed
listing on the main board of the stock exchange.
The group intends to offer a total of 112.5 million shares under a global offering
(subject to the over-allotment option), of which 90% are for international placement. The
remaining 10% of the offer shares are for Hong Kong public offering.
The indicative offer price ranges from HK$2.68 to HK$2.98 per share.
After related expenses are deducted and assuming the offer price is fixed at HK$2.83
(being the mid-point of the indicative offer price range), the net proceeds from the
global offering are expected to be HK$278 million.
The Hong Kong Public Offer begins on 26 November and ends at noon on 1 December. The
final offer price and allotment results are to be announced on 9 December. Dealing of
shares is expected to commence on 10 December.
Halcyon Capital is the sole sponsor, while Halcyon Securities and Great Roc Capital
Securities Limited are the joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead
