[ET Net News Agency, 20 February 2017] ZTE Corporation (00763) said its subsidiary
Shanghai Zhongxing Telecom Equipment Technologies Corporation was granted an approval for
quotation of its shares on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ).
ZTE has recently received a notice from Shanghai Zhongxing notifying us that the shares
of Shanghai Zhongxing will be quoted on the NEEQ, effective from 21 February 2017.
At present, ZTE holds 90% stake in Shanghai Zhongxing. Shanghai Zhongxing is principally
engaged in R&D of communications technologies; design, research, development, production
and sales of communications products and related software and hardware; design,
development, production (by branch entities only), sales for handsets, related technical
consulting and technical services; import and export of commodities and technologies;
design, installation, testing and maintenance of network development projects;
construction of communications building work; design and construction of intelligent
architectural building work; specialised construction of telecommunications building work.
