[ET Net News Agency, 12 January 2018] Tree Holdings Limited (08395), one of the leading
lifestyle furniture and home furnishing companies in Hong Kong, said it intends to offer
an aggregate of 396 million shares, comprising 356.4 million placing shares and 39.6
million public offer shares, subject to reallocation.
The indicative offer price will range between HK$0.13 and HK$0.17 per share.
The net proceeds from the share offer, based on the offer price of HK$0.15 per share,
being the mid-point of the offer price range, are estimated to be HK$22.7 million.
The public offering commenced today, and will end at noon on 17 January. The final offer
price and results of the allocation will be announced on 24 January.Trading of Tree's
shares will commence on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) of the stock exchange of Hong
Kong on 25 January.
Oceanwide Capital is sole sponsor of the listing, while Oceanwide Securities and Yuanta
Securities (Hong Kong) are joint global coordinators. Oceanwide Securities, Yuanta
Securities (Hong Kong) and Sinolink Securities (Hong Kong) are joint bookrunners and joint
