[ET Net News Agency, 19 March 2018] Country Garden (02007) said it proposes to spin-off
and separately list the property management business of the Group on the main board of the
Stock Exchange by way of introduction, which will be implemented through a distribution in
specie of all of its shares in Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited to the
shareholders.
The Country Garden Services group is principally engaged in the provision of property
management services and related services. (HL)
