contracted property sales amounted to RMB552 million, a year-on-year decrease of 72.83%.
The sales comprise residential property sales of RMB546 million and commercial property
sales of RMB6 million, respectively. The total gross floor area (GFA) of contracted
property sales were 23,800 square metres (sq.m.) and 54 units of carpark. The average
selling price of the signed contracts respecting property sales was RMB23,600 per sq.m.
Accumulated contracted property sales amounted to RMB3,974 million for the first seven
months of 2019. The sales comprise residential property sales of RMB3,823 million and
commercial property sales of RMB151 million, respectively. Aggregated GFA sold for
contracted property sales reached 212,200 sq.m. with the average selling price of
RMB18,700 per sq.m. In addition, 393 units of carpark were sold in the first seven months
of 2019.
As of 31 July 2019, the group had recorded a total of RMB415 million of subscribed
sales, which is expected to be subsequently turned into contracted property sales in the
