[ET Net News Agency, 27 August 2019] Goldman Sachs raised its target price for
Greentown Service Group (02869) to HK$8.9 from HK$8 and maintained its "neutral" rating.
The research house said Greentown Service's 1H core profit of Rmb1.8bn accounts for 64%
of Goldman's prior FY2019 estimate.
Despite the turnaround efforts, with a strong margin recovery and potential presales
growth acceleration on the back of concentrated new launches in 2H, Goldman views its
earnings growth profile is still less promising than stronger peers.
It raised its 2019-21 EPS estimates by an average of 14% to reflect pre-sales upgrade
with its active land banking year-to-date (secured Rmb150bn saleable resources) and higher
than expected margins. (KL)
