Everg Vehicle (00708) to sell property management business

[ET Net News Agency, 14 September 2020] China Evergrande New Energy Vehicle Group
Limited (00708) said each of its subsidiary Guangzhou Hengze and Jialize Tourism has
agreed to sell, and Jinbi Property has agreed to acquire, the entire equity interest in
and Jialize Property Management. The total consideration is RMB47.54 million. Jinbi
Property is an indirect subsidiary of China Evergrande (03333).
The principal asset of Evergrande Hengkang is the entire equity interest in Chongqing
Hengjian, which is principally engaged in property management business in the PRC. Jialize
Property Management is principally engaged in property management business in the PRC.
