[ET Net News Agency, 9 April 2018] Swire Pacific (00019) and Swire Properties (01972)
said Swire Properties agreed to sell to John Robert Slosar, who is the Chairman of the
Board and an Executive Director of Swire Pacific and Swire Properties, a residential unit
for HK$120 million.
The property is located at Flat B on the 1st Floor (with a saleable area of about 258.8
square metres) and car park 1B, Eredine, No. 38, Mount Kellett Road, Hong Kong (together
with private outdoor space with an aggregate area of about 306.6 square metres).
Swire Properties is expected to record a gain on disposal (disregarding the expenses of
the sale) of about HK$35.547 million. Swire Pacific is expected to record an attributable
gain on disposal (disregarding the expenses of sale) of about HK$29.15 million in respect
of its 82% interest in Swire Properties. The proceeds from the transaction will be applied
towards the general working capital requirements of Swire Pacific and Swire Properties.
