[ET Net News Agency, 8 May 2018] Yuexiu Property (00123) said the value of its
contracted sales (including contracted sales by joint venture projects) amounted to about
Rmb4,243 million in April, a year-on-year increase of about 10%. The corresponding gross
floor area (GFA) amounted to about 183,000 square metres, a year-on-year decrease of about
25%.
For the first four months of 2018, the value of the aggregate contracted sales
(including contracted sales by joint venture projects) of Yuexiu Property amounted to
about Rmb14,236 million, representing a year-on-year increase of about 11%. The
corresponding GFA amounted to about 709,700 square metres, representing a year-on-year
decrease of about 11%. The value of the accumulated contracted sales accounted for about
26% of the 2018 contracted sales target of Rmb55 billion. (HL)
