[ET Net News Agency, 7 June 2018] Yuexiu Property (00123) said the value of its
contracted sales (including contracted sales by joint venture projects) amounted to about
Rmb4,650 million in May, representing a year-on-year increase of about 103%. The
corresponding gross floor area (GFA) amounted to about 234,200 square metres, representing
a year-on-year increase of about 27%.
For the first five months of 2018, the value of the aggregate contracted sales
(including contracted sales by joint venture projects) amounted to about Rmb18,886
million, representing a year-on-year increase of about 25%. The corresponding GFA amounted
to about 943,800 square metres, representing a year-on-year decrease of about 4%. The
value of the accumulated contracted sales accounted for about 34% of the 2018 contracted
sales target of Rmb55 billion. (HL)
