Huabao (00336) changes financial year end date to 31 Dec

[ET Net News Agency, 11 December 2018] Huabao International Holdings Limited (00336)
announced that it has resolved to change the financial year end date of the company from
31 March to 31 December, commencing from the financial period ending on 31 December 2018.
The change of financial year end date is to align its financial year end date with that
of the group's subsidiaries incorporated in the PRC. The PRC subsidiaries are statutorily
required to prepare their accounts with the financial year end date of 31 December. The
board considers that the change will facilitate the preparation of the consolidated
financial statements of the group. (RC)
