ArcelorMittal's lawsuit against China Oriental dismissed

[ET Net News Agency, 17 September 2018] China Oriental Group (00581) said the Court of
First Instance of the High Court of Hong Kong on 14 September dismissed ArcelorMittal
Holdings AG's (plaintiffs) application and handed down the judgment, in which the court
found that the application to be without merits.
Therefore, China Oriental is not required to disclose and allow inspection of documents
(relating to the placing) specified in the plaintiffs' application.
Furthermore, the Court made a cost order nisi that the plaintiffs shall pay the costs of
the defendants (China Oriental and its directors) in relation to the plaintiffs'
application forthwith. (KL)
