Shenzhen Invest (00604) April contracted sales up 11.3%

[ET Net News Agency, 11 May 2018] Shenzhen Investment (00604) said the Group's
unaudited contracted sales for April amounted to about Rmb857 million, an increase of
102.6% month-on-month and an increase of 11.3% year-on-year. The contracted sales area was
about 39,938 square metres, down 0.7% month-on-month and down 36.2% year-on-year.
For the first four months of this year, the Group recorded total contracted sales of
about Rmb2.478 billion, representing a decrease of 67.5% year-on-year, and the total
contracted sales area was about 168,160 square metres, down 49.3% year-on-year. The
average selling price was about Rmb14,733 per square metre. (HL)
