Skyworth Digital (00751) to bid for Anhui Quanjiao land

[ET Net News Agency, 13 June 2018] Skyworth Digital (00751) said it intends to submit a
bid at the tender for the possible acquisition of the land use right of parcels of
industrial and residential land totaling about 106.7 hectares (or 1,600 mu) located at the
Northern New-Development Area in the Quanjiao County, Anhui Province of the People's
Republic of China.
If the possible acquisition proceeds, Skyworth Digital intends to use the land for the
development of an industrial park for the Group's smart home appliances manufacturing
operations, including the development of factory, technology development center, office
building, national class of smart home experience center and ancillary employee support
facilities. (HL)
