[ET Net News Agency, 14 July 2020] CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. (00884) said the
company will issue senior notes in the aggregate principal amount of US$300 million, which
will mature on 20 October 2025.
The offering price will be 99.968% of the principal amount of the notes. The notes will
bear interest from (and including) 20 July 2020 at the rate of 5.95% per annum, payable
semi-annually in arrears on 20 April and 20 October of each year (except that the first
interest payment will be made on 20 April 2021 with respect to the period from and
including 20 July 2020 to but excluding 20 April 2021).
The company intends to use the net proceeds for refinancing its existing indebtedness.
