China Rail Cons (01186) wins bid for land clearing project

[ET Net News Agency, 10 January 2018] China Railway Construction (CRCC) (01186) said a
consortium comprising its subsidiaries China Railway 25th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. and China
Railway Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., won the bid for the land clearing project on
redevelopment of Motan Area, Liunan District, Liuzhou.
The estimated total investment of the project amounts to aabout Rmb4.23 billion. The
project is adopted by way of clearing by stages with a total clearing period of 5 to 6
years. A project company, to be jointly incorporated by a platform company under the
government and the bid-winning consortium, is responsible for capital contribution of the
