China Goldjoy forms JV to invest in clean energy projects

[ET Net News Agency, 8 February 2018] China Goldjoy (01282) said it entered into joint
venture agreement with Yunnan Energy Investment (HK) Co. Limited, Right Dimension Limited
and Forever Assiduous Group Limited in relation to the formation of a joint venture
company.
The JV will be engaged in the investment on projects in relation to clean energy,
finance and health, investment management, development of new energy, financial services.
The total investment amount of the JV is HK$2,000 million. The authorized share capital
of the JV is HK$2,000 million, of which China Goldjoy will contribute HK$720 million
holding 36% stake in the JV. (HL)
