Meitu (01357) Chairman further adds 3.5m shares

[ET Net News Agency, 27 December 2017] Meitu, Inc. (01357) said its Chairman and
Executive Director Cai Wensheng made on-market purchases on The Stock Exchange of Hong
Kong Limited of an aggregate of 3.5 million shares on 22 December at an average price of
about HK$10.31 per share.
After such purchases, the shareholding of Cai has been increased to about 39.15% from
39.07%. (HL)
