China Cinda (01359) to issue US$2.5bn guaranteed notes

[ET Net News Agency, 2 February 2018] China Cinda Asset Management (01359) said it
agreed to issue US$800 million 3.875% guaranteed notes due 2023, US$300 million 4.375%
guaranteed notes due 2025, US$1,200 million 4.75% guaranteed notes due 2028 and US$200
million 5% guaranteed notes due 2048 under the US$10,000 million medium term note program.
The aggregate gross proceeds are estimated to be about US$2,500 million, which will be
used for working capital, investment and other general corporate purposes. (HL)
