Yuzhou Properties (01628) March sales down 11% to Rmb4.54bn

[ET Net News Agency, 11 April 2018] Yuzhou Properties (01628) said the sales of the
group was Rmb4,543 million in March, a decrease of 11.03% from a year earlier, with the
corresponding gross floor area (GFA) sold of 347,280 square metres. The average selling
price was Rmb13,082 per square metre.
In the first quarter of 2018, the accumulated sales of group was Rmb10,354 million, an
increase of 2% year-on-year, with the corresponding GFA sold of 815,038 square metres. The
average selling price was Rmb12,703 per square metre. In addition, about Rmb503 million
was subscribed but in the process of signing contracts as at 31 March 2018. (HL)
