[ET Net News Agency, 11 May 2018] Yuzhou Properties (01628) said he sales of the group
for April was Rmb4,012 million, an increase of 3.1% from a year earlier. The corresponding
gross floor area (GFA) sold was 270,472 square metres. The average selling price was
Rmb14,832 per square metre.
In the first four months of 2018, the accumulated sales of group was Rmb14,367 million,
an increase of 2.3% over the same period last year. The corresponding GFA sold was about
1.09 million square metres. The average selling price was Rmb13,235 per square metre.
In addition, about Rmb259 million was subscribed but in the process of signing contracts
as at 30 April 2018. (HL)
