Kaisa Group (01638) sales up 5.4% to RMB3,057m in March

[ET Net News Agency, 13 April 2018] Kaisa Group Holdings (01638) said it recorded total
contracted sales of RMB3,057 million in March, representing a year-on-year increase of
5.4%.
Contracted gross floor area (GFA) in March 2018 amounted to 194,331 sq.m., representing
a yearon-year increase of 10.6%. The average selling price (ASP) for March was RMB15,729
per sq.m., representing a year-on-year decrease of 4.7%.
The total contracted sales of the Group for the three months ended 31 March amounted to
RMB7,877 million with the total contracted GFA of 501,121 sq.m., representing decreases of
0.8% and 2.2% as compared with corresponding period in 2017, respectively.
The ASP for the three months ended 31 March 2018 amounted to RMB15,718 per sq.m.,
representing an increase of 1.4% as compared with the corresponding period in 2017. (KL)
