[ET Net News Agency, 10 May 2018] Kaisa Group (01638) said the Group recorded
contracted sales of about Rmb4,280 million in April, representing a year-on-year increase
of about 30.8%. Contracted gross floor area (GFA) in April amounted to about 266,867
square metres, representing a year-on-year increase of about 27.2%. The average selling
price (ASP) for April was about Rmb16,040 per square metres, a year-on-year increase of
about 2.9%.
For the first four months of 2018, the total contracted sales of the Group amounted to
about Rmb12,157 million with the total contracted GFA of about 767,988 square metres,
representing increases of about 8.4% and 6.4% as compared with corresponding period in
2017. The ASP for the four months ended 30 April 2018 amounted to about Rmb15,830 per
square metres, an increase of about 1.9% as compared with the corresponding period in
