[ET Net News Agency, 16 January 2018] GF Securities (01776) said its preliminary net
profit attributable to owners for the year 2017 rose 7.01% year-on-year to Rmb8,593
million.
Basic earnings per share were Rmb1.13.
Operating revenue amounted to Rmb21,519 million, an increase of 3.89% from a year
earlier.
In the circumstances where there is a decline in the trading volume of stocks and funds
in the market and the brokerage commission rate together with a significant increase in
the IPOs and funds raised by IPOs, GF Securities endeavored to optimize resource
allocation and improve its income structure, achieving a growth in operating revenue and
