[ET Net News Agency, 3 October 2019] Credit Suisse raised its target price for Anta
Sports Products (02020) to HK$76 from HK$60 and upgraded its rating to "outperform" from
"neutral" on higher Fila assumptions.
The research house said noted that Fila's average weekly apparel price growth has
outpaced international brands like Adidas, and Puma by 3pp and 8pp, respectively.
Management has guided Fila growth above 50%, but Credit Suisse's channel checks suggest
it is likely to be higher. Credit Suisse raised its revenue estimates by 2-3%, underpinned
by higher Fila growth. It expects Fila to grow by 68% in 2H, which will result in a 73%
growth for the full year.
Credit Suisse believes more clarity on Amer in early December could be a catalyst.
Management has mentioned that it aims to accelerate its organic growth from previous 3-5%
to 10-15% over the next five years, but details have been sketchy. (KL)
