[ET Net News Agency, 1 December 2017] Daiwa Research lifted its target price for Regina
Miracle International (02199) to HK$9 from HK$8.5, and maintained its "buy" rating.
The research house said Regina's results confirm that the company is on track for a
multi-year recovery. While margins were slightly below Daiwa's estimates, the research
house was positively surprised to see how fast its Vietnam facilities have started
contributing to the company's bottom line.
Daiwa now looks for an earnings CAGR of 106% through FY2020.
It trimmed its FY2018 EPS by 5% on slightly higher distribution expenses than expected,
but raised its FY2019-20 EPS by 9-10% on stronger top-line growth and lower blended taxes.
