Great Wall Motor (02333) proposes to issue commercial papers


[ET Net News Agency, 13 November 2018] Great Wall Motor Company Limited (02333)
announced that in order to further promote the development of the company, optimise its
debt structure and replenish short-term working capital, it plans to apply to the National
Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors for registering the issuance of
super short-term commercial papers not exceeding RMB5 billion.
The proceeds from the issuance of the papers shall be used for the replenishment of
working capital and repayment of interest-bearing debts. The specific use of proceeds and
the proportion of allocation will be determined by the company based on its actual needs.
