Greentown China (03900) sales up 16% to Rmb11.4bn in October

[ET Net News Agency, 7 November 2017] Greentown China (03900) said the group sold 2,891
units with a saleable area of about 400,000 square metres in October. Monthly sales
reached about Rmb11.4 billion, an increase of 16.3% from a year earlier. with an average
selling price of Rmb28,388 per square metre.
From January to October 2017, Greentown Group recorded contracted sales of about Rmb81.9
billion, up 4.5% year-on-year, involving a saleable area of 3.42 million square metres, of
which about Rmb42.7 billion was attributable to the Group (including Greentown China
Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries).
As at 31 October 2017, in addition to contracted sales, Greentown Group recorded
subscription sales of Rmb1.6 billion, of which about Rmb0.8 billion was attributable to
the Group. (HL)
