[ET Net News Agency, 5 September 2018] Millennium Pacific (08147) said its wholly owned
subsidiary Millennium Pacific International has agreed to purchase 11% of the entire
issued share capital of Celestial Rainbow at the consideration of HK$9.03 million, which
shall be satisfied by way of the allotment and issue of 56.78 million shares by the
company to the vendor.
The consideration shares represent 1.02% of the enlarged issued share capital of the
company. The issue price of HK$0.159 per consideration share represents a discount of
11.67% to the closing price of HK$0.18 per share.
The target company indirectly owns Shenzhen Ampeg. Its principal activities are
manufacturing and sale of electronic products. It is specialized in research and
development, sales and processing, manufacturing and marketing of smart watch and fitness
