volume of the Group for October was 48,609 units, an increase of about 35% from a year
earlier and up around 13% from September, making October the best month over the last two
years in terms of year-on-year growth.
The total sales volume in the first ten months of 2012 was 372,547 units, up about 13%
from the same period last year and achieving around 81% of the 2012 full year sales volume
target of 460,000 units.
The Group's exports sales remained strong during the period. Its export volume was over
12,200 units last month, the highest monthly export volume in the Group's history. The
Group's sales volume in the China market also recovered strongly, achieving around 20%
increase from the same period last year to over 36,400 units in October.
During October, the Group's sales volumes under "Emgrand", "Englon" and "GLEagle" brands
were 15,352 units, 16,065 units and 17,192 units, respectively. The sales volume of GX7,
the Group's first Sport Utility Vehicle, reached a historical high of 4,581 units in
