Wharf (00004) to buy Wheelock House properties at HK$6.2bn

[ET Net News Agency, 15 March 2016] Wharf (00004) said it agreed to acquire the entire
issued share capital of Aggressive Enterprises Limited at about HK$3,904 million in cash
and HK$1,116 million of shareholder's loan due by Aggressive Enterprises from Wheelock
(00020).
Wharf also agreed to acquire the entire issued share capital of Estcourt International
Limited from Peter Woo and his spouse at HK$904 million in cash and HK$237 million of
shareholder's loan due by Estcourt.
Aggressive Enterprises owns the commercial property located at 3rd to 24th Floors,
Wheelock House, 20 Pedder Street, Central, Hong Kong with a total gross area of about
18,572.37 square metres. Estcourt owns the commercial property located at Unit C, Ground
Floor, Wheelock House, 20 Pedder Street, Central with a total gross area of about 370.4
square metres. (HL)
