Glorious Property (00845) grants 26.4 million share options

[ET Net News Agency, 23 July 2019] Glorious Property Holdings Limited (00845) said the
board had resolved to grant share options to eligible participants to subscribe for a
total of 26.4 million ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each in the share capital of the company
today.
The exercise price is HK$0.45 per share, a premium of 21.6% to the closing price of
HK$0.37 per share on the date of grant. The validity period is 5 years commencing from 23
July 2019 to 22 July 2024. (RC)
